Adds the annotation RooExceptionHandlers and exception handler methods on a controller or a class annotated with ControllerAdvice.

Parameters:

exception - Class that extends Exception or RuntimeException.

controller - Existing controller to add exception handler methods.

adviceClass - New or existing class annotated with ControllerAdvice to add exception handler methods.

errorView - View to be returned when exception is thrown
