Step
Abstract base class for all GitHub Actions workflow steps.
A step is an individual unit of work within a job that can execute actions, run commands, or set up the environment. Steps run sequentially within a job and can share data through the runner's filesystem and environment variables. Each step can optionally have a name for identification and logging purposes, a unique ID for referencing its outputs, and conditional execution logic.
