Properties

Real payload byte size when known -- the full frame length for BINARY (SocketPayload.Binary.length is captured before any preview truncation), or the redacted/possibly-truncated preview's own encoded byte size for TEXT. Null when the adapter predates this field, in which case a caller must fall back to describing preview's character count rather than implying a measured byte size.

Whether preview itself was truncated before capture. For a TEXT frame this means byteLength describes only the (possibly redacted) preview, not the original message -- callers must label that case honestly (e.g. "preview") instead of presenting it as the frame's true size.
