Everything EventExportWriter needs to assemble an ExportScope.Evidence bundle. The caller (the /api/v1/evidence-owning route) resolves flagged items, the report draft, live network transactions for HAR/Postman, and session/device metadata, then renders the human- and machine-readable report text itself -- this type is a plain content carrier, not a builder, so EventExportWriter stays free of any evidence-domain knowledge beyond "zip these named files and manifest them".
