ApiErrorEnvelope	Wire model for the SendByte error envelope:

AuthenticationException	authentication_error (401): missing, revoked, or malformed API key.
AuthorizationException	authorization_error (403): the API key's scope is insufficient.
DomainNotVerifiedException	domain_not_verified (403): live send attempted from an unverified domain.
