Defines the read write permissions for a given property. It is defined for properties java Bean properties.

Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:

Returns:

an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared

valueOf

public static PropertyReadWrite valueOf(String name)

Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)

Parameters:

name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.

Returns:

the enum constant with the specified name

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name

NullPointerException - if the argument is null

resolveForBean

public static PropertyReadWrite resolveForBean(Class<?> beanType,
                                               String propertyName)

Resolves PropertyReadWrite for a given property with MoreReflection

Parameters:

beanType - to be checked, must not be null

propertyName - to be checked, must not be null

Returns:

the corresponding PropertyReadWrite for a given property

fromPropertyDescriptor

public static PropertyReadWrite fromPropertyDescriptor(PropertyDescriptor descriptor,
                                                       Class<?> beanType,
                                                       String propertyName)

Resolves PropertyReadWrite form the given PropertyDescriptor. If this provides unclear result it will call resolveForBean(Class, String)

Parameters:

descriptor - to be read from

beanType - to be checked, must not be null

propertyName - to be checked, must not be null

Returns:

the corresponding PropertyReadWrite for a given property
