extends FlowException

Thrown when flow definition deployment or version management fails. 流程定义部署或版本管理失败时抛出。

Typical scenarios: duplicate (flow_key, version) on deploy (FlowErrorCode.DEF_DUPLICATE), or attempting to use a deprecated definition (FlowErrorCode.DEF_DEPRECATED).

典型场景：部署时 (flow_key, version) 重复 （FlowErrorCode.DEF_DUPLICATE），或尝试使用已弃用的定义 （FlowErrorCode.DEF_DEPRECATED）。
