extends FlowException

Thrown on optimistic-lock version conflict during a concurrent update. 并发更新中乐观锁版本冲突时抛出。

The engine attaches a version column to all mutable rows and issues every UPDATE with a WHERE version = ? predicate. A zero-affected-rows outcome is interpreted as concurrent modification and surfaced as this exception with FlowErrorCode.CONC_VERSION_CONFLICT (BASE-FLOW-CONC-001). Callers should retry from a fresh read.

引擎为所有可变行附带 version 列，每次 UPDATE 都带 WHERE version = ? 谓词。受影响行数为 0 被视为并发修改，抛出 本异常并携带 FlowErrorCode.CONC_VERSION_CONFLICT （BASE-FLOW-CONC-001）。调用方应重新读取后重试。
